Puiden aika - Time of the Trees
This May Maailma-kuoro will take you to a peaceful, healing concert in nature. Our spring concert combines beautiful choir music and silence during a forest walk. The concert is held on Sunday the 19th of May at 15.30 and 18.00.
The concert will take place in the area of Kruunuvuorenlampi, Laajasalo. The meeting place is the bus stop Kaitalahti, end of bus line 88.
In case of heavy rain, the concert will be postponed to Sunday the 26th of May. Please check the updated information from Maailma-kuoro website on the concert day.

25 € regular ticket
20€ reduced ticket for students, pensioners and unemployed
Please note that the concert takes place in a forest, and the route is not wheelchair accessible. Some parts of the path are quite steep. There will be about 2 km of walking in total, and there is unfortunately no possibility to sit.
In the near area there is a limited number of parking places, so please prefer public transport.

Auditions in January 2024
Auditions for new members will be held on Monday January 15th 2024 at Käpylä church. To sign up and for more information, please contact us at maailmakuoro@gmail.com. Auditions will be also held in August.

Maailma-kuoro is a vibrant multicultural choir of descant voices established in Helsinki in 2010.
